Passenger 2200

The Kewatec Passenger 2200 is a swift passenger vessel designed for the Swedish archipelago. While prioritizing comfort and safety over maximum passenger capacity, it offers seating for 64 passengers in its salon, with additional seating on the sun deck. The boat can also be tailored for larger passenger loads if needed.

Accessibility is a key feature, with an unobstructed space that accommodates passengers with disabilities. A hydraulically movable bow ramp provides wheelchair access, and the entire cabin area, including an accessible toilet with a shower, is wheelchair-friendly. Two designated spaces for passengers with wheelchairs are available at the front of the cabin.

Passenger amenities include a storage area for bags and a booth for serving snacks and drinks. The crew’s needs are equally considered, with excellent visibility from the wheelhouse, cameras for monitoring the back deck and engine room, and optional crew member cabins.

The boat is equipped for year-round use, boasting efficient heating through a dedicated boiler and waste heat recovery from the engines. A watermaker reduces the need to fill the water tank, and a separate 230-volt diesel generator ensures a steady power supply. Safety features include fixed fire extinguishing systems, a fire pump, and fire hydrants for added protection.
