Kewatec FiFi 1700 has been specially designed for firefighting, oil spill response, and maritime rescue operations. The hull design, combined with two powerful Volvo Penta D8-550 diesel engines, enables swift response to emergency situations.
The vessel is equipped with a hydraulically driven Esteri D240 fire pump (2000 l/min, 10 bar pressure). Four water cannons and individual hydrants are installed on the deck, ensuring effective fire suppression capabilities. Additionally, the foam mixer can independently supply each water cannon with the extinguishing mixture. Fire suppression operations are remotely controlled from the wheelhouse using a user-friendly control panel.
With excellent visibility from the wheelhouse to the exterior, maneuvering the boat is made easy by the two parallel main engines and the bow thruster.
